BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Amended Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Hospice of the Bluegrass, Inc., d/b/a Bluegrass Care Navigators, to provide additional funding under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, for the continued operation of a Medical Respite Care Program, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other documents related to this Agreement.
Section 2 -That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $137,102.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Hospice of the Bluegrass, Inc., d/b/a Bluegrass Care Navigators, from ac...
