Section 1 - That the bid of Amteck, LLC, establishing a price contract for Maintenance and Repair of Outdoor Warning Sirens and AM Radio Interstate Signs, for the Division of Emergency Management/911, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
