BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Amendment to the Waste Supply and Disposal Agreement with Waste Services of the Bluegrass, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, authorizing an adjustment in Contract prices based on an Agreement to share fifty percent (50%) of the increased costs of solid waste disposal services, at an additional annual cost estimated not to exceed $2,121,190.00.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
