BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Water Quality, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Citect/Historian Support Services for the Town Branch and West Hickman Waste Water Treatment Plants and pump stations from Advantage Industrial Automation, Inc., a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $46,249.50, be and hereby is approved for payment to Advantage Industrial Automation, Inc., from account #4002 - 303401 - 76102, pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
