BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Four-Year Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Quadient Leasing USA, Inc., through Central Business Systems, Inc., and authorizing her to execute any other documents related to this lease, for electronic return receipt software for the Department of General Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,269.42 in FY 2022, be and hereby is approved for payment to Quadient Leasing USA, Inc., and/or Central Business Systems, Inc., from account #1101-707101-0001-71303, pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement and any related documents, with future fiscal years ($2,538.84, annually) subject to the appropriation of suffici...
