BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Jave LLC, in the amount of $165,607.23, for Clemens Road Bridge Repair, for the Division of Engineering, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with Jave LLC, related to the bid.
