BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept the bid of Element Design for the design services outlined in RFP No. 26-2021, and authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, as well as any other necessary Agreements or documents, with Element Design related to this project.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed $135,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Element Design from account #3230-707602-7221-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Professional Services Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
