BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 32-2021), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Rumpke of Kentucky, Inc., for the Interim and Backup Hauling, Processing, and Marketing of Single Stream Recyclables.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $1,436,160.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Rumpke of Kentucky, Inc., from the following accounts in the following amounts: #1115 - 303505 - 71299 ($718,080.00) and #4121 - 303102 - 71299 ($718,080.00), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
