BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Contract, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Red River Ranch, LLC, for transporting and composting yard waste.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,309,326.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Red River Ranch, LLC, $486,793.00 from account # 1115 303507 71299, $611,507.00 from account #1115 303506 71299 and $211,026.00 from account#4121 303102 71210, pursuant to the terms of the Contract.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
