BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of L&W Emergency Equipment, establishing a price contract for Reflective Vehicle Decals, for the Division of Police, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amount set forth in the terms of the respective bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
