BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bids of Americas Bravest Equipment Company, Atlantic Emergency Solutions, The Public Safety Store, Vogelpohl Fire Equipment, and 911 Fleet & Fire Equipment, establishing price contracts for Emergency Fire Equipment, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the respective bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
