BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That all full-time non-bargaining employees in the unified pay plan who qualify for premium pay under the American Rescue Plan Act shall receive a one-time supplement of five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) and all other full-time non-bargaining employees in the unified pay plan shall receive a one-time salary supplement of three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500), including the Council Administrator.

                     Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon passage of Council.
