BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That all full-time, part-time and seasonal non-Contract bargaining unit employees whose hourly rate is less than fifteen dollars ($15.00)  per hour after receiving the additional three percent (3%) salary increase for FY2022, if applicable, shall receive a pay increase to a rate of $15.00 hourly.

                     Section 2 -That this Ordinance shall become effective January 3, 2022.
