An Ordinance amending Section 21-27(f) of the Code of Ordinances increasing the on-call pay supplement from two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per day to ten dollars ($10.00) per day (Monday through Friday) and from four dollars ($4.00) per day to fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day on weekends and holidays for any Classified Civil Service employee who is officially designated as “on-call”, effective December 6, 2021.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 21-27(f) of the Code of Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government is hereby amended as follows:
(f) Any Classified Civil Service employee who is officially designated as "on-call" shall receive additional compensation at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) per day, Monday through Friday, and fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day on weekends and holidays. On-call employees who are called back to work shall be compensated for a minimum of two (2) hours. The CAO May adopt an administrative policy by which the director shall implement the provisions of this subsection.
Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective December 6, 2021.
