BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to accept a Proposal, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference, with Element Design, to design six (6) sport courts at various parks, and to execute any necessary documents related to this project, at a cost not to exceed $36,200.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $36,200.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Element Design, from account # 3230-707602-7221-91015 ($8,415.00); # 3230-707602-7221-90312 ($4,570.00); # 3230-707602-7221-91015 ($5,670); # 3230-707602-7221-90321 ($7,930.00); # 4003-303408-3466-92811 ($9,615.00), pursuant to the terms of the Proposal and any documents executed with Element Design.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
