BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with VisitLEX in order to allocate $1,000,000.00 of Federal funds awarded pursuant to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other needed Agreements or amendments with VisitLEX related to the use of these funds.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
