BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the second Amendment to the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Community Action Council for the provision of non-congregate emergency shelter services, in order to shift funds from one eligible expense to another, and authorizing the Mayor to execute any other amendments with Community Action Council that authorize the shifting of funds already budgeted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
