WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 270-2020, the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government executed Purchase of Services Agreements with five entities for workforce development services under the Workforce Development Grant Program; and
WHEREAS, if an entity met its required goals after the first year and funds were budgeted, the entity's Purchase of Services Agreement would automatically renew, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. Otherwise, a contract amendment would be necessary to continue to the next term; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 411-2021, the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government executed the First Amendment to the Purchase of Services Agreement with Community Action Council of Lexington-Fayette, Bourbon, Harrison, And Nicholas Counties, Inc. to allow the Organization more time to meet its required goals for the first year and to simultaneously begin working on its ...
