BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Sorrell Construction Services LLC, in the amount of $71,250.00, for Pond Cleaning and Expansion at Haley Pike Landfill, for the Division of Waste Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with Sorrell Construction Services LLC, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $71,250.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Sorrell Construction Services LLC, from account #4121-303102-71299, pursuant to the terms of the bid and agreement and contingent upon the approval of a pending budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
