BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Lady Veterans Connect, Inc., Greenhouse17, Inc., and Lexington Leadership Foundation, Urban Impact, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Lady Veterans Connect, Inc. ($1,200.00), Greenhouse17, Inc. ($2,300.00), and Lexington Leadership Foundation, Urban Impact ($350.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
