BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Raynor Garage Doors of Lexington, in the amount of $33,820.00, for the Material Recycling Center Overhead Door Installation, for the Division of Environmental Quality & Public Works, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $33,820.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Raynor Garage Doors of Lexington, from account #1115-303505-76101, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
