BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Locus Diagnostics, LLC, d/b/a LocusUSA, be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for DiagnostX for the Division of Emergency Management, and authorizing the Mayor or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Locus Diagnostics, LLC, d/b/a LocusUSA related to procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $54,205.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Locus Diagnostics, LLC, d/b/a LocusUSA, from account # 3200-505201-0001-95601, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
