BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of EHI Consultants, in the amount of $37,000.00, for design services, construction services, and other related services at Shillito Park and Southland Park, as outlined in the response to RFP No. 25-2021, be and hereby are accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with EHI Consultants, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $37,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to EHI Consultants, from account #3230-707602-7221-9114, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
