BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Contract Modification No. 1 with Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., increasing the contract price by $14,442.14, for aide related to the design of a retaining wall for the Town Branch Trail/Commons, raising the total contract price from $94,000.00 to $108,442.14.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $14,442.14, be and hereby is approved for payment to Stantec Consulting Services, Inc., from account # 3160-303202-3225-71299, pursuant to the terms of Contract Modification No. 1.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
