BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Five Year Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Dell Financial Services, as well as any documents related to the lease, for the preservation of historic data from the mainframe system, for the Chief Information Officer.
Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed the sum of $35,518.25 in FY 2022 be and hereby is approved for payment to Dell Financial Services from accounts #1101-202505-0001-76102, pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement and related documents, with future fiscal years ($142,073.00, annually) subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds.
