BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute modifications to two (2) Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Department of Military Affairs, Division of Emergency Management, under the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP) for FY 2019 and FY 2020, to extend the period of performance through September 30, 2022.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
