BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 029-2020 is hereby amended to revise the amount of the grant award from the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet from $275,000.00 to $272,000.00.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Amendment to an Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for a School Zone Enhancement project.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
