BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to purchase services for the removal, redesign, and reinstallation of a portion of the sprinkler system at the Materials Recycling Facility, from Landmark Sprinkler, Inc., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Landmark Sprinkler, Inc., related to the procurement.
