BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Quote and Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Software Information Systems, for new hardware and security software.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $161,045.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Software Information Systems, $80,522.50 from account #1101-505502-76102 and $80,522.50 from account # 4204-505602-96201, pursuant to the terms of the Quote and Lease Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
