BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Police is authorized to purchase maintenance and support for fingerprint identification system from Idemia Identity & Security USA LLC, a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Idemia Identity & Security USA LLC, related to the procurement.
