Summary
Authorize payment and execute any necessary Agreements or amendments with Management Registry Inc. (previously known as Omnisource Integrated Supply, LLC,) for CSEPP support staff, in the amount of $223,000. Funds are Budgeted for FY22. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and here is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement and/or to amend an existing Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Management Registry, Inc., in order to continue providing support staff for the Chemical Stockpile Emergency Preparedness Program (CSEPP).
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $223,000, be and hereby is approved for payment to Management Registry, Inc. from account #3200-505201-0001-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - This Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
