BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Mac Construction & Excavating, Inc., in the amount of $3,309,000.00, for the Liberty Road Trunk Sewer Wastewater System Improvements, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement with Mac Construction & Excavating, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $3,309,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Mac Construction & Excavating, Inc., from account #4003-303408-92811, pursuant to the terms of the bid and agreement and contingent upon the approval of a pending budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
