BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Central KY Hockey Association, Lexington Fairness, North Limestone CDC, and The Lansdowne Neighbor Assoc., Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to Central KY Hockey Association ($850.00), Lexington Fairness ($1,100.00), North Limestone CDC ($550.00), and The Lansdowne Neighbor Assoc., Inc. ($1,500.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
