Summary

Authorization to accept an Agreement with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Program Funded State & Local Task Force.  The terms of the Agreement shall be from October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022.  There will be no Budgetary impact. (L0948-21) (Weathers/Armstrong)

                     BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Drug Enforcement Administration, for participation in the Program Funded State & Local Task Force.

                     Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
