BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a five year Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with JailTracker, for maintenance to the inmate information management system, at a cost not to exceed $100,836.01 in FY 2022.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $100,836.01 in Fiscal Year 2022, be and hereby is approved for payment to JailTracker, from account #1101-505401-5414-71208, with future fiscal years contingent upon the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
