BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the University of Kentucky Research Foundation, for provision of evaluation services for Year 4 of the First Responders and Community Partners Overdose Prevention Project funded under the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services First Responders - Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act Grant Program, at a cost not to exceed $102,109.00.
Section 2 - The amount, not to exceed the sum of $102,109.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to the University of Kentucky Research Foundation from account #3190-606105-0001-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
