BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Government hereby ratifies the Mayor's prior execution of an agreement with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Office of Highway Safety, to accept a grant in the amount of $20,000.00 in Federal funds for Impaired Driving services, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.
Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 22-79, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in her discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account appropriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the grant budget previously established for this grant.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
