BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Professional Services Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Marinda Beasley, Kristin Beers, Angela Begley, Alexis Hatfield, Megan Magsam, Lyndsay Palombit, and Nicole Jean Perkins, as Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners, to provide on-call forensic examinations and services under the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program for fiscal year 2021, at a cost not to exceed $51,466.00.
