BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute Contract Modification No. 2 with Strand Associates, Inc., increasing the contract price by $42,100.00 for additional design services for Town Branch Trail Phase VI, raising the total contract price from $1,030,774.00 to $1,072,874.00.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $42,100.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates, Inc., from account # 3160 - 303202 - 3225- 90313, pursuant to the terms of Contract Modification No. 2.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
