Summary
Authorization to execute Memorandum of Understanding(s) (MOU) with 39 community partners for membership in the Lexington-Fayette County Continuum of Care. This MOU governs the duties, assignments and responsibilities of the LFUCG, through the OHPI, and the CoC partners setting forth the standards for partnership to ensure the consistent participation in the Continuum of Care for the purpose of future planning and funding decisions needed for response to those experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Memorandum of Understanding(s), which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with 39 community partners in the Lexington-Fayette County Continuum of Care (CoC) to ensure consistent participation in the CoC for the purpose of future planning and funding decisions, for the office of Homelessness Prevention & Intervention.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
