BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Government hereby ratifies the prior execution of an amendment to an existing Agreement with Benevate, Inc., which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, authorizing unlimited users and extending the Contract term through March 3, 2023, in order to aide in the administration of federally funded Grant programs.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $45,879.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Benevate, Inc., from account #3230-160201-71299, pursuant to the terms of the purchase order and the Agreement with Benevate, Inc.
Section 3 - That this Resolution is effective retroactive to the date that the amendment to the Contract, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, was executed.
