A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, as the collaborative applicant, to execute and submit the 2021 Continuum of Care Grant Application to the United States Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), to provide any additional information requested in connection with this Grant Application, which Grant funds are in the amount of $2,548,668 Federal funds, are for the operation of programs by Community Nonprofit Organizations to reduce homelessness in Lexington-Fayette County, and to accept $167,394 of the Grant funds, if the application is approved, for project planning and data management expenses related to monitoring programs funded by the Grant, the acceptance of which obligates the Urban County Government for the expenditure of $41,850 as a local match, and authorizing the Mayor to transfer unencumbered funds within the Grant Budget.
