BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Pictometry International, for lease of oblique aerial photography, viewing software, hosting services, traditional aerial photography, and supporting maintenance, for a term of six years, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years, at a cost not to exceed $53,814.00 per year.
Section 2 - The amount, not to exceed the sum of $53,814.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Pictometry International from account #1101-202505-0001-76102 ($48,432.60); #1115-202505-0001-76102 ($1,614.42); #4204-202505-0001-76102 ($1,614.42); #4002-202505-0001-76102 ($1,076.28); and #4051-202505-0001-76102 ($1,076.28), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
