BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to accept an award from the Kentucky Council on Child Abuse, Inc., d/b/a Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky, Inc. (PCAK), to accept an award in the amount of $13,519.00, for Year 2 of the Family Care Center's Contract to provide a Self-Help, Parent Education and Support Group, the acceptance of which obligates an in-kind match of $6,840.00 in the form of staff project time.
