BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works is authorized to purchase services for the Pavement Management System from Applied Research Associates, Inc., a sole source provider, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Applied Research Associates, Inc., related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $271,178.22 be and hereby is approved for payment to Applied Research Associates, Inc., from account 1136-303301-71299.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
