BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Subrecipient Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Mountain Comprehensive Care Center, Inc., in order to allocate $95,335.00 of federal Grant funds under The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 for the continued operation of a Permanent Housing Intensive Care Management Program, in p...
