Summary
Authorization to execute an Amendment to the Agreement with Community Action Council to continue operation of the Intensive Street Outreach program at a cost not to exceed $392,000.00 with funding from the American Rescue Plan Act. The program will continue to provide compliance with the Encampment Standard Operating Procedures, provide street level service engagement and ongoing intensive case management for those experiencing unsheltered homelessness in an effort to move all those experiencing homelessness to shelter or permanent housing.
