BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Collective Bargaining Agreement by and between the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government and the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, Local 2785, on behalf of Lieutenants and Captains in the Division of Community Corrections, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, be and hereby is accepted.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
