BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Fifth Amendment to Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Aramark Correctional Services, LLC, for the price per meal charge increase mandated in the Agreement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of an additional $1,462,260.00 for FY2022, be and hereby is approved for payment to Aramark Correctional Services, LLC, from account #1101-505402-5421-71209, pursuant to the terms of the Fifth Amendment to Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
