BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with NABVETS State Command Council, Kentucky Black Pride, Inc., Music for Mission c/o First Presbyterian Church, Exhilarating, Inc., William Wells Brown Neighborhood Assoc., Inc., Artistic Hands Shaping A New Society Corp., and Saddle Club Subdiv. HOA, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to NABVETS State Command Council ($950.00), Kentucky Black Pride, Inc. ($1,400.00), Music for Mission c/o First Presbyterian Church ($1,300.00), Exhilarating, Inc. ($350.00), William Wells Brown Neighborhood Assoc., Inc. ($350.00), Artistic Hands Shaping A New Society Corp. ($500.00), and Saddle Club Subdiv. HOA ($500.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
